Phone Deal — Mobile Plan Comparison App
UX Case Study · Product Strategy · End-to-End Design

Phone Deal is a user-centric mobile app and web experience designed to help people quickly find the best cellphone plans without confusion, hidden fees, or aggressive sales pressure. The project addresses a common consumer pain point: comparing complex telecom offers across multiple providers with clarity and confidence.
The Challenge

Mobile plan shopping is fragmented, overwhelming, and biased toward carriers—not users. Customers struggle to compare plans transparently, understand real costs, and identify options that actually fit their usage and budget.
The Solution

Phone Deal centralizes plan comparison into a clean, intuitive interface that:
- Aggregates offers across major carriers
- Highlights real monthly costs and key differences
- Adapts recommendations based on user needs
- Removes friction from decision-making
The experience prioritizes clarity, trust, and speed, helping users make informed choices without sales pressure.
