Because our services involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables, refunds are handled differently from physical product returns.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Once work on a project or service has begun, payments are non-refundable. This includes situations where:

  • Strategy, consulting, or analysis has been delivered
  • Design or development work has begun
  • Digital deliverables have been created or provided

Deposits or upfront payments made to reserve project time are also non-refundable once work begins.

4. Completed Services

Once a service or project has been completed and delivered, it is considered fulfilled and not eligible for refunds.

However, ConvertiWeb will make reasonable efforts to address concerns or make adjustments where appropriate to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Subscription Services

If ConvertiWeb offers subscription-based services (such as website maintenance or automation monitoring), the following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with a service or charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting ConvertiWeb may delay resolution and affect future service eligibility.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
